This is an onsite position and an exclusive opportunity for expat professionals from Asia and Europe who are willing to relocate to Erbil. 🔹 Key Responsibilities - Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and daily agenda - Prepare daily briefings, meeting materials, and executive summaries - Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board-level sessions - Draft executive correspondence, presentations, and reports - Act as the main liaison between the CEO, departments, and external stakeholders - Track action items and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO - Support strategic planning sessions with structured briefing documents 🔹 Candidate Profile - Minimum 7 years of experience as Executive Assistant or Office Manager supporting CEO/Managing Director/Board - Experience in international companies or holding groups - Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence - Willing to relocate to Erbil, Kurdistan Region – Iraq 💼 Attractive expatriate package offered based on experience and seniority 📩 To Apply: Send your CV to: [email protected]
