As we thrive to reach vast audiences, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. Position: Graphic Designer Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in full-time design work Key Responsibilities: Develop and produce high-quality print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral. Translate creative briefs into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the intended message. Collaborate with the stakeholders to ensure design consistency with the intended message. Collaborate with the administration to render visuals complying with the institutional identity. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and institutional identity guidelines to bring novel design ideas to the render. Be available for working under supervision. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a full-time graphic design role, with a strong portfolio highlighting your creative work. Proven experience working in a print department, with a solid understanding of print production processes and file preparation. Extensive knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications as a plus. A good command of English is a must, Arabic and Turkish a plus. Excellent communication skills to analyze and support the needs of our stakeholders, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet tight project deadlines.
