Marketing Supervisor - Job Description Position Title: Marketing Supervisor Reports To: CEO Supervises: Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Designer/Creator, co-ordinate with Agencies Location: HQ in Suleimani, with travel to Iraqi cities and events as required Objective: Lead the planning and execution of World Acid’s marketing strategy by strengthening the company’s brand, supporting sales growth, and driving customer engagement. Ensure that all campaigns, materials, and initiatives are aligned with the company’s business objectives, product positioning, and market realities. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks. • Conduct regular competitor benchmarking (pricing, offers, campaigns). • Ensure brand consistency and governance across all channels and materials. • Plan and manage digital, offline campaigns and events participation, ensuring cost-effective allocation of the marketing budget. • Oversee the development of promotional materials, brochures, videos, and presentations. • Manage the company website and landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for lead generation and conversion. • Provide the sales team with tailored campaigns, sales kits, and tools to strengthen acquisition and retention. • Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, event organizers and media partners. • Monitor campaign KPIs, ROI, and provide regular performance reports to CEO. Position Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus). • 4-6 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role • Proven track record in campaign management, brand building, and digital marketing. • Proficient in digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn). • Budget management and performance reporting proficiency. • Strong leadership and team development abilities. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. • Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. • Willingness to travel across branches and attend external events.
