Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the IT team to achieve operational and strategic goals. Develop and implement IT plans to enhance company growth and efficiency. Manage the IT infrastructure (servers, networks, and information security) and ensure system stability. Oversee ERP/SAP systems to ensure optimal performance. Make critical technical decisions and resolve complex problems to ensure business continuity.
