Train armed security personnel with experience in private security, PSD, and static guarding. Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Desirable qualifications include RoSPA, IADT, FPOS-I, or leadership certifications.
Training Instructor – Armed Security (Local National – Iraqi) 📍 Basra, Iraq Requirements: - At least 2 Years experience in private security, armed protection, or guarding operations (Team Leader/Supervisor level preferred) - Strong understanding of both PSD and Static guarding operations - Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) - Confident delivering training to mixed-nationality teams - IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Desirable but not essential: Instructor qualifications (RoSPA, IADT or similar) Medical training (FPOS-I or equivalent) Leadership or supervisor certification We will train, qualify and mentor the right candidate to meet Olive Group’s international standards.
