Preferred Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations. • Ability to lead and manage teams on-site. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Knowledge of construction equipment and tools management.
