This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the operational efficiency of critical equipment in a refinery environment. ________ Job Summary The Rotating Technician will be responsible for regular monitoring, repair, and maintenance of rotating equipment. This includes disassembly, reassembly, troubleshooting, and assisting with the installation and testing of new machinery. The role requires strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Technical Tasks • Perform routine maintenance and repair of rotating equipment. • Disassemble and reassemble machinery using appropriate tools. • Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions to ensure reliable performance. • Conduct equipment inspections and ensure alignment and assembly are accurate. • Maintain cleanliness in the workplace and comply with plant procedures. • Respond flexibly to overtime work when required. • Assist in testing and commissioning of new machinery. Qualifications & Experience Educational Background • Required: 𝐃𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐚 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝. Experience • Minimum 𝟒 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of hands-on experience in mechanical rotating equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably in refinery or similar industries. • Candidates will undergo a skill demonstration test as part of the selection process.
