IT and System Admin Agent **Key Goal: Upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing trouble troubleshooting to solve IT issues, and maintaining our network and servers. Duties and responsibilities: - Maintaining and monitoring networks and servers. - Upgrading, setting up, and configuring new technology and software to achieve business goals. - Putting in place security guidelines and practices to stop any risks - Establishing user accounts and managing access - Executing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting techniques to improve computer systems - Process documentation, data backup, and data archiving - Establishing methods for data retrieval and recover - Creating ad implementing effective mechanisms for collecting user feedback and reporting errors - Providing IT Support to the other staff in the IT department - Keep abreast of improvements and best practices in IT management Education:  BA Degree in computer science, information technology, information system, or similar Experience: Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies Language:  English, Kurdish, Arabic Job location: Sulaimani Working Hours: Full time CV submission: **[email protected]
