Job Vacancy: E-Payment Officer Location: Baghdad - Al-arasat Position Overview: Al-Mustashar Islamic Bank is seeking a highly qualified E-Payment Officer to oversee and manage the operation in our electronic payment systems. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in banking and electronic payment systems. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the electronic payment systems, ensuring seamless transactions and compliance with banking regulations and policies. - Oversee the integration and functionality of e-payment platforms within the bank operations. - Address and resolve any technical issues or concerns related to e-payment systems. - Monitor and analyze e-payment transaction data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for system improvements. - Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the security and reliability of e-payment systems. - Assist in conducting the audits and assessments of e-payment systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. - Liaise with external vendors and service providers to maintain and upgrade e-payment infrastructure as needed. - Prepare and present reports on the performance of e-payment services to the management. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Banking and Financial Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: 3 years in the banking sector, with preference for experience in E-payment systems. -Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with e-payment systems and banking software (e.g., Banks, Temenos, Flexcube). - Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking operations, electronic payment procedures, and related technologies. -Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel. -Language Proficiency: Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking). - Certifications: Certificates in banking operations and / or E-payment systems is a plus.
