About Sandra Ice Cream: Sandra Ice Cream is a leading manufacturer of delicious and refreshing ice cream products. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. The Role: The HSE Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, while adhering to all relevant environmental regulations. You will be responsible for: •Implementing and overseeing comprehensive safety programs to prevent accidents and injuries. •Conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and mitigate potential hazards. •Developing and delivering safety training programs for employees. •Investigating safety incidents and accidents. •Maintaining compliance with all applicable HSE regulations and industry best practices. •Promoting a positive safety culture within the organization. Qualifications: •NEBOSH IGC and IOSH certification (mandatory). •Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish (mandatory). •Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and ISO 45001 (highly preferred). •Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar HSE role. •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Proactive and results-oriented approach.
