Muhanad Cars is hiring a Logistic Officer to manage vehicle receiving, delivery, documentation, and inventory. Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field, and at least 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the automotive sector.

We are hiring a Logistic Officer in Muhanad Cars, one of the leading automotive companies in Erbil: Position Details: Duties & Responsibilities: 1- Vehicles Receiving & Delivery including damage/parts inspection. 2- Follow up on transportation arrangement (both international and inside Iraq). 3-Import documentation handling including Manifest control. 4-Control of Missing and damage on Cars during transportation and storage. 5-Coordinate and follow up on import of cars to Iraq. 6-Improvemnet of Transportation and Storage quality. 7-Coordination with Transportation company, and dealers. 8-Coordination with all company Branches in all other cities in Iraq. 9- Verify, review, and reconcile documents and reports about inventory cars. 10- Documents handling & Archiving (Manifest, Receiving & Delivery documents & Transportation documents). 11-Stock/inventory Management (Stockyard/Warehouse management), plus logistic/inventory data update. 12- Log and record keeping of Order, transportation, receiving, delivery. 13-other ad hoc responsibilities as requested. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field. Experience: Previous work experience in the same domain with at least 3+ years, Automotive field experience is preferred. Must-Have Skills: strong management and organizational skills. • Strong problem–solving skills. • Highly self-motivated • Proficiency level using Arabic and English languages • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Working under pressure. Preferred Skills: • Passion for Cars. • Corporate background.
