The role requires a Diploma, high-level proficiency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish, and experience in sales and handling stressful situations.
Lubricants Trading Company – HR Division Erbil, Sales Back Office Officer Akron official representative of Greek lubricants brand (CYCLON) & a German Specialized Lubricants Brand (KLUEBER) is currently seeking to fill a position at our office in Erbil for our activities. We are seeking for an individual who can fulfil this position with following requirements: Main Responsibilities include: ‐ Plan, organize, manage all sales activities and tasks received from the sales managers ‐ Provide assistance and report to the existing sales team ‐ Provide customers relevant information about the products and services Cyclon & Klueber ‐ Manage, maintain, update and follow up the customers database ‐ Gather information and prepare quotation‐offers ‐ Issuance of cash receipts and Invoices ‐ Registration of New clients (ERP) ‐ Registration of New suppliers (ERP) ‐ CRM Daily update ‐ Update vendor customer data in ERP ‐ Completion and follow up of daily, weekly and monthly orders form ‐ Orders handling Required Skills: ‐ Previous Sales Experience is required ‐ College Diploma ‐ Critical thinking is Mandatory ‐ English, Arabic and Kurdish languages in High level are required ‐ Excellent telephone manners ‐ Experience in handling stressful situations ‐ Honesty, Loyalty Business & Personal Ethics are essential and mandatory ‐ Experience working with expats ‐ Valid commercial driver’s license (Manual Car) ‐ Over 25 years old applicants ONLY We offer: ‐ Starting Salary range (700$ ‐ 800$) according to experience & yearly bonus according to company’s performance indications and sales recorded. ‐ Extensive training at a multinational environment If you are charismatic and have a full dedication to work with enthusiasm, please send your CV and cover letter in English, at [email protected] with title “AKRON Erbil Back Office “ Applications will be accepted up until 23 / 3 / 2022 Interviews will instantly and position may be filled prior the finish of the advertisement. #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
