Responsible for preparing and evaluating tenders, drafting and negotiating contracts, developing procurement strategies, maintaining documentation, and managing supplier relationships in Iraq.

Hiring – Procurement Officer Expertise France | Contract: 6 Months | Full-Time | Erbil Key Responsibilities: Prepare, issue, and evaluate tenders, RFPs, and RFQs Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts while ensuring compliance Develop procurement strategies and maintain supplier relationships Identify and mitigate potential risks in procurement and contracts Maintain detailed documentation and procurement records Main Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, contract administration, or tender management Strong understanding of contract law and procurement regulations (EU or national) Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/ERP systems Good knowledge of logistics and procurement systems in Iraq Languages: Kurdish, Arabic, English (French is a plus) Preferred: Experience with international agencies and donor procedures (EU, AFD, DFID, JICA) Strong communication, reporting, and relationship management skills Travel: Up to 25% How to Apply: Send CV and cover letter (PDF format, in English) to **[email protected]** with the subject line: Procurement Officer.
