Hertz – Cihan Rent a Car, announces opening for a Full-Time Customer Service / Sales Representative. Role is based in Baghdad, Iraq. . Responsibilities: Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone. Initiate rental contracts based on online reservations or walk in customers. Communicate rental terms and conditions, assess condition of rental vehicle upon return. This role requires to make field outdoor visits to existing customers & to acquire new customers into the Hertz brand. . Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree. The candidate should have a flair for meeting & interacting with people. Since Hertz is an international brand, should be culturally open & needs to abide to Hertz policy of customer details privacy. We are looking for a person with the right attitude. Skills will be developed on training. . Language skills: Arabic with English language is MUST. . 3 months’ probation, after which performance is judged with appraisal.
