Al Farage company xerox master distributor in Iraq looking for (Service Engineer) in Basra branch. • Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Customer Service Engineer located in Basra. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of Xerox products to customers. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or Computer science (Mechatronics engineering is preferred) • Experience in customer service, with a focus on technical support and troubleshooting • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and various operating systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Sound knowledge of network connectivity and troubleshooting • Flexible approach to work • Willingness to learn and keep updated with the latest technology and industry trends • Certification in relevant areas (such as support, installation, and/or maintenance) is preferred Driving license.
