Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Technical Service Engineer located in Erbil. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of Xerox products to customers. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or(Mechatronics engineering is preferred) • Experience in customer service, with a focus on technical support and troubleshooting• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and various operating systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Sound knowledge of network connectivity and troubleshooting • Flexible approach to work• Willingness to learn and keep updated with the latest technology and industry trends • Certification in relevant areas (such as support, installation, and/or maintenance) is preferred• Driving license Please send us your CV at [email protected] with the subject "Service Engineer" #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
