هەلی کار لە کۆمپانیایەکی نەوتی شاری سلێمانی بۆ پۆزشنیInstrument Technician تکایە دەقی کار بخوێننەوە تەنها ئەوانەی مەرجەکانیان تیدایە سیڤی بنێرن JOB DESCRIPTION FOR INSTRUMENTATION SUPERVISOR Job Description: As an Instrument Technician at Fox Reforming, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial instruments and control systems. Your expertise will contribute directly to the smooth operation of our refinery process, ensuring precision, reliability, and safety. Location: Sulaimanyiah - Arbat Key Role & Responsibilities: Supervise a team of instrument technicians, providing guidance, training, and support. Install, calibrate, and maintain field instruments such as pressure/ temperature/ level instruments, flow meters, control valves, Shutoff valves etc. Ensure proper instrument maintenance, calibration, and repair activities to minimize downtime as per manuals and SOPs. Troubleshoot and diagnose field instrumentation issues, identify faults, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. Monitor and assess instrument performance, identifying and addressing issues promptly. Implement maintenance schedules (PM) and procedures for instruments. Maintain records of instrument maintenance, calibration, and repair activities.ux Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in potentially hazardous environments. Should be able to work without technician independently. Daily reporting to Engineer/Section Head and proper shift handover. Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrument or relevant. 10 years of experience in instrument maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of field instruments, their operation, and maintenance requirements. Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Familiarity with PLCs, DCS systems, and other industrial automation technologies. Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving for a wide range of instruments.
