Zarawa oil service company Hiring: Bid & Proposal Engineer 📍 Erbil Working Days: Sunday to Thursday · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, petroleum or related discipline) – mandatory · Strog understanding of legal and international requirements for purchasing and supplying goods. · Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Strong understanding of technical and commercial negotiations. · Sound and proven management skills and ability to work independently and in a team. · Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and reporting skills in English. · Proactive, problem-solving, and result-oriented attitude. · Familiarity with contract types (lump sum, cost-plus, etc.) · Knowlede of international standards and codes (e.g., API, ISO) relevant to the field · Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, outlook and Word · Experience with cost estimation, BOQs, and tendering processes interested individuals may apply by sending their CV to **[email protected]** with ‘Bid and Proposal Engineer’ in the subject line.
