Great opportunity from Zarawa oil service company, Position: Proposal Engineer Location: Erbil Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Required Qualifications · Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in bidding and proposal writing within the oil and gas industry. · Applications lacking this qualification will not be considered. · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, petroleum or related discipline) – mandatory · Strong understanding of legal and international requirements for purchasing and supplying goods. · Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Strong understanding of technical and commercial negotiations. · Sound and proven management skills and ability to work independently and in a team. · Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and reporting skills in English. · Proactive, problem-solving, and result-oriented attitude. · Familiarity with contract types (lump sum, cost-plus, etc.) · Knowledge of international standards and codes (e.g., API, ISO) relevant to the field · Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, outlook and Word · Experience with cost estimation, BOQs, and tendering processes To apply: interested individuals may apply by sending their CV to [email protected] , Proposal Engineer in the subject line.
