This role focuses on maximizing efficiency, reliability, and performance across desalting and desulfurization units. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. 5–10 years of experience in refinery operations with hands-on expertise in desalting, desulfurization, and hydroprocessing units. Strong knowledge of refinery processes, including distillation, hydrotreating, and sulfur recovery. Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of corrosion control, catalyst performance, and process optimization. Familiarity with API and ASTM standards and refinery best practices.
