KBR - Iraq is looking: Welfare & Social Projects Manager Location:Basra – Iraq , 28 days (On) / 28 days (Off) Job Responsibilities: - Support project initiation following approval of beneficiary requests and priorities. - Coordinate site visits, data collection, and inputs for Engineering Work Packs (EWP) and BOQs. - Support development of schedules, milestones, and execution plans. - Support ITT preparation, site clarifications, and contractor coordination. - Participate in technical evaluations and clarifications as required. - Manage and supervise construction activities across multiple sites Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree (MSc preferred). - PMP Certification (strong advantage). - Minimum 20 years of experience in construction of buildings and public infrastructure in Iraq / Basrah. - Proven experience in a managerial or site leadership role delivering government or public-sector projects (schools, hospitals, municipal buildings, facilities, utilities).
