A Telecommunication Company in Erbil is looking for NOC Engineer (Night Shift) at Network Operation Centre (NOC) below is the job detail: - Job Responsibilities: - Monitoring the monitoring engineers and agents’ performances by their incident tickets created and their work quality. - Reporting to operation support supervisor in case of exceeding the SLA. - Finalize tasks assigned by the operation support supervisor. - Acting as an escalation point where difficult or controversial calls are received. - Sending notifications to the technical departments and organization. - Provide daily utilization report to NOC manager and operation support supervisor. Qualifications and skills: - B.S. in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or any other technical field with a minimum of 1-2 years experience. -Excellent customer service and communications skills -Ability to work with shifting priorities and flexible hours during nights and weekends. -Good understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts (VLANs, IP protocols, topologies, cabling) Interested candidates must submit their CVs to ([email protected]) Please write in the email subject (NOC Engineer) #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
