A Telecommunication Company in Erbil is looking for NOC Engineer (Night Shift) at Network Operation Centre (NOC) below is the job detail: - Job Responsibilities: - Monitoring the monitoring engineers and agents’ performances by their incident tickets created and their work quality. - Reporting to operation support supervisor in case of exceeding the SLA. - Finalize tasks assigned by the operation support supervisor. - Acting as an escalation point where difficult or controversial calls are received. - Sending notifications to the technical departments and organization. - Provide daily utilization report to NOC manager and operation support supervisor.
