Job Vacancy: Reservationist/Call Center Agent Company: Fly Erbil Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq Job Description: Fly Erbil is seeking a highly motivated Reservationist/Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling flight reservations, cancellations, and changes, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. Responsibilities: • Answering incoming calls, emails, and contacting with Travel Agencies. • Providing information on flight schedules, fares, and availability • Processing reservations, cancellations, and changes to existing bookings • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner • Liaising with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction • Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: • Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish (German language will be considered an advantage) • Strong customer service and communication skills • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays How to Apply: If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please send your CV to [[email protected]].
