Astyari Re Company for General Trading, Oil & Gas Field Services, would like to inform that we are hiring candidates for the following positions. For each vacancy applied, please write the (job title/position) in the email subject. 1) Project Planner: • +7 Years of experience in the fields of construction and pipeline, and must have at least +10 years of experience in project management and planning. Bachelors in Civils. • Must have excellent knowledge in (MS Project and/or Primavera) planning programs. • Must be great in communication, Management, project planning, preparing Schedules. • Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them. • Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly. • Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports. • Attending and scheduling meetings as required. • Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback. • Understanding and meeting all contract requirements. • Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team. • Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates. • Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets. • checking site reports, designs and drawings • maintaining quality control procedures • finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up. • Will stay on site (Crescent petroleum – Dana Gas) facility. • Must have full understanding in English (Perfect Speaking and Perfect Writing). • Required program knowledge (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Scheduling programs e.g. (MS Project, Primavera), MS office) • Must be able to plan and direct at least (2 major projects, and 4 minor projects).
