Having experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities: 1.Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to developing timelines, managing budgets, writing copy, and coordinating logistics. 2. Identify the brand’s requirements and expectations for each event. 3. Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order. 4. Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes. 5. Maintain event budgets after estimation process taken place. Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers. Required Skills and Qualifications 1)Bachelor’s degree 2)3-5 years professional experience in marketing or event planning 3)Creativity and innovative thinking 4)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms 5)Experience with graphic design 6)linguistic skills; Kurdish, Arabic & English are required.
