Position: Medical Supervisor Location: Erbil Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory). Must be Kurdish with fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (advanced level). Proven experience in medical affairs, pharmaceutical brand management, or medical leadership roles. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, clinical data interpretation, and medical communication. Experience in brand strategy development and pharmaceutical product management is highly preferred. Willingness to travel within Kurdistan and across Iraq as required. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall strategy and development of assigned pharmaceutical brands. Manage and lead the Brand Management team to ensure successful execution of brand strategies. Provide medical and scientific leadership for brand positioning, product communication, and educational initiatives. Oversee the development and implementation of marketing and medical strategies for pharmaceutical products. Train and support field teams with clinical knowledge, product education, and medical communication. Ensure all activities comply with medical, regulatory, and ethical standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Kurdistan and Iraq to drive brand growth and market expansion.
