Hala FTTH seeks a Senior NOC Engineer to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot FTTH network infrastructure. Job Title: Sr. NOC Engineer Location: Baghdad Al-Mansour Job Type: [Full-Time] Company: Hala FTTH Job Description: Hala FTTH Company is looking for a Sr. NOC Engineer to join our team. As a Sr. NOC Engineer at Hala FTTH, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the company's Fiber to the Home (FTTH) network infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on ensuring network availability, performance, and reliability for our residential and business customers. Responsibilities: 1- Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor the FTTH network using network monitoring tools to identify and resolve any issues proactively. 2- Incident Management: Respond to network incidents, alarms, and service disruptions promptly. 3- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime. 4- Network Maintenance: Perform routine network maintenance activities, including software upgrades, hardware replacements, and configuration changes during maintenance windows. 5- Maintain accurate records of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions. Update network diagrams and documentation as needed. 6- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network architects, field technicians, and customer support, to resolve complex network issues. 7- Assist in capacity planning by monitoring network traffic patterns and identifying potential capacity bottlenecks. Make recommendations for network upgrades as needed. 8- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure the integrity of customer data. 9- Continuously optimize network performance and efficiency through tuning and configuration adjustments. 11- Be on-call or participate in an on-call rotation to respond to network emergencies outside of regular business hours. Qualifications: 1- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2- 2 Years’ experience in a NOC or network engineering role. 3- Strong knowledge of FTTH network technologies and protocols. 4- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and software. 5- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure. 6- Strong communication and teamwork skills. 7- Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent, preferred.
