🔸#فرصة_عمل 🔸 🔸Tamata is looking to hire for following position: - Admin Specialist Location: Baghdad 🔸Responsibilities · Maintaining records of corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the law . Liaising with external companies or individuals that provide services related to the company’s core business activities (such as cleaning services, electrical companies, etc.) . Acting as an intermediary between management and other departments, such as accounting or IT . Managing day-to-day operations of the company’s facilities including facilities maintenance, custodial services, security, and landscaping . Reviewing and approving all contracts before they are signed by executives or attorneys . Ensuring that company facilities are safe from hazards such as fire or theft by conducting inspections and ordering repairs or renovations as needed .Coordinating with other members of the executive team to implement company policies and procedures 🔸to Apply: please send your resume to [email protected]
