CRM system development, updates and follow up. Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshooting system problems, diagnosing, solving software faults, testing, and evaluating new services. • System improvement for the software. • Planning and implementing on software applications. • Operational requirement analysis, initiation • Collects, analyses and validates IT operational requirements from all Company management and user groups. • Implements the standards and recommendations with regard to the deployment of various IT related systems and their integration. Requirements: • Three years’ experience in technical operation or software development • Microsoft .NET programming • Database design and implementation • Operating system troubleshooting and maintenance • Designing, Administering & Following database Systems. • Designing, Administering database via Microsoft SQL Server system.
