We’re Hiring – Workshop Supervisor & Job Controller Location: Sulaymaniyah – Iraq Nissan Al-Sour Company is seeking a skilled and motivated Workshop Supervisor & Job Controller to join our Service team in Suly – Iraq. This role is responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, managing technicians, ensuring high-quality repairs, and maintaining efficient job flow to meet customer satisfaction and company standards. Responsibilities and Duties 1-Supervise and lead technicians and workshop staff to ensure efficient daily operations 2-Assign and dispatch repair orders based on technician skills and job priority 3-Monitor work progress to ensure timely vehicle delivery 4-Conduct quality control inspections to ensure repairs meet company and manufacturer standards 5-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment (5S principles) 6-Support technicians with complex diagnostics and technical guidance 7-Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding job status, delays, and additional work 8-Monitor repeat repairs, job stoppages, and productivity performance 9-Ensure proper tools, equipment, and special service tools are available and maintained 10-Lead team meetings, motivate staff, and support technician development Required Qualification 1-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or related field (preferred) 2-Minimum 5 years of workshop experience with supervisory responsibility 3-Strong leadership and team management skills 4-Good knowledge of automotive repair processes and quality standards 5-Strong communication and organizational skills 6-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Apply: Send your CV to [email protected] Subject: Workshop Supervisor & Job Controller #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
