The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicles and automotive evaluation. He will be responsible for assessing car quality before purchase and will play a key role in managing and overseeing our fleet operations and drivers. Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish is required; English is a plus. The candidate must have a firm personality and strong leadership skills to ensure discipline, efficiency, and control among the drivers.__ ____________________________________ __Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate vehicle quality and advise management on purchase decisions (new or used vehicles). • Oversee and monitor all fleet-related operations, maintenance, and usage. • Maintain detailed records of vehicle status, inspections, repairs, and registrations. • Manage and coordinate drivers’ schedules, routes, and assignments. • Enforce company policies strictly among drivers and report misconduct or violations. • Act as the key point of contact for all vehicle-related needs within the company. • Handle emergencies related to fleet (accidents, breakdowns, etc.) and take swift action. • Collaborate with the management team on cost-saving and performance strategies.__ ____________________________________ __Requirements: • Age: 40 years old or above (mature and authoritative presence required). • Proven experience in vehicle mechanics, purchase decisions, or fleet management. • Fluent in Arabic and Kurdish; English is a strong advantage. • Strong communication and leadership skills – must be able to manage and direct drivers firmly. • High sense of responsibility, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure. • Good computer skills for documentation and reporting (Excel, Word).__ ____________________________________ __What We Offer: • High and attractive salary • Professional and disciplined working environment • Opportunity to grow in a reputable logistics company • Respectful management that values experience and results • How to Apply: Send your CV by PDF to: [email protected] with the job title in the subject line.
