Next Company in Baghdad is seeking an IT Senior Support Engineer to provide technical support for projects, including backend, network, and hardware/software configuration. A bachelor's degree in IT and 3 years of experience are required. Fluent in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Job title: IT Senior Support Engineer Department: IT and Technical Job Location: Baghdad Job Responsibilities: - Technically support for all projects levels, backend, configuration, network, hardware and software - Operating system with schedule and other health check activities - Configuration, testing, reporting and administration of ERP system and other systems with vendors - Interface with user departments remotely and on-site to assist in the implementation of work requests Job requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in IT or relavent - Language: Arabic and English. - Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, outlook) - Prefered minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.
