A support engineer to provide technical support in IT projects including backend, network, hardware, software, and ERP systems. Requirements: Bachelor's in IT, at least three years experience, fluent in Arabic and English.
Job vacancy in Next Generation Job title: IT Senior Support Engineer Department: IT and Technical Job Location: Baghdad Job Responsibilities: - Technically support for all projects levels, backend, configuration, network, hardware and software - Operating system with schedule and other health check activities - Configuration, testing, reporting and administration of ERP system and other systems with vendors - Interface with user departments remotely and on-site to assist in the implementation of work requests Job requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in IT or relavent - Language: Arabic and English. - Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, outlook) - Prefered minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.
