The Sales Administration Specialist is a key contributor to the success of the Sales team and must collaborate effectively with colleagues during group travel. Strong teamwork skills are essential to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Roles And Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Sales team. • Ensure efficient order processing and maintain the highest level of accuracy. • Manage and organize sales records, including customer databases. • Identify market trends and opportunities for growth. • Cultivate positive and professional relationships with clients. • Promote and sell our luxurious products to meet and exceed sales targets. • Travel extensively within Iraq's major cities to engage with clients and promote our luxurious products. • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. • Build and maintain a strong network of clients in various cities. Qualifications & Skills Requirements • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. • Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish languages. • Upper intermediate in English. • Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, is essential for this role. • Comfort with mathematical tools. • A jaunty personality with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and mindsets. • Proven ability to sell luxury products and provide a premium customer experience. • High energy level, flexibility to work long-term, and travel extensively within Iraq's major cities, often with a minimum one-week stay. • Ownership of a car is a plus.
