Faruk Medical City is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Specialist responsible for budget allocation, vendor negotiations, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.

2. تخصيص الميزانية بشكل مناسب لتلبية احتياجات التجهيز لكل دائرة. 3. المشاركة في اللجان ذات الصلة لتحديد المعايير المناسبة لتلبية احتياجات التجهيز لمختلف الإدارات. 4. التعاون مع المجموعات واللجان ذات الصلة لتحديد معدل الاستهلاك ومستويات المخزون المثلى وظروف التخزين والمعايير ذات الصلة لتجهيز واحتياجات الموظفين. 5. الامتثال للمعايير المعمول بها للشراء (المعدات، معايير المواد، اختيار الموردين، معايير التسليم، حدود الموافقة على الشراء إلخ....) 6. إجراء البحوث على كل من الموردين المحليين والدوليين على أساس احتياجات التوريد. 7. إعداد ميزانية المشتريات واللوجستيات ورفعها إلى الجهات المعنية. 8. إجراء المفاوضات مع الموردين وفقًا لإجراءات الشراء. 9. الحصول على المعلومات اللازمة حول أوامر الشراء وبروتوكولات الإيداع لمنشآت التخزين وإنشاء خطة لوجستية مناسبة بموجب هذه الإرشادات. 10. الحصول على المعلومات اللازمة حول تسليم الطلبات، والتأكد من أن قسم المشتريات على علم بأية تناقضات او تأخيرات في تسليم الإمدادات، ومراقبة المشكلة لحلها. 11-التعاون مع فريق المستودعات لتنسيق التنظيم المناسب ووضع المخزون. 12-توفير فريق عمل وبنية تحتية فعالة لضمان جودة وكفاءة الخدمات اللوجستية والمشتريات في الامتثال للوائح مستشفى فاروق الطبية. 13-تحديد مستويات التخزين (الاقصى/ الادنى) للإمدادات المستخدمة من قبل الإدارات المختلفة بالتعاون مع المشرف اللوجستي والإدارة ذات الصلة. 14. التأكد من أن فحوصات الجرد الدورية والمادية التي يتم إجراؤها في المستشفى والعمليات الجراحية ومرافق تخزين الصيدلية تتوافق مع اللوائح. 15. أن يكن على علم بأي مشاكل قد تنشأ في قسم المشتريات والخدمات اللوجستية والعمل على حلها. التعليم: يفضل الدرجة العلمية في هندسة الصناعة أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو اللوجستيات أو الإدارة الصحية. الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة سلسلة التوريد. المهارات: - معرفة واسعة بإدارة المشاريع والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.· - الفهم الكامل لإدارة وتحليل اللوجيستيات والمشتريات · - القدرة على تفسير البيانات الإحصائية · - قيادة ممتازة والمهارة في التعامل مع الآخرين. - القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق· - مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة· - القدرة على القراءة والكتابة والتحدث باللغة الإنجليزية. - التركيز على العملاء· - مواجهة النتائج. على الراغبين و المؤهلين للوظيفة ؛ التقديم عن طريق إرسال سيرهم الذاتية الى [email protected] و التأكد من كتابة " مشرف المشتريات واللوجستيات" في موضوع البريد الإلكتروني. آخر موعد للتقديم: 15/7/2021 Procurement & Logistics Supervisor FMC requires a Procurement & Logistics Supervisor to oversee the Procurement & Logistics Department and ensure the best quality in Procurement & Logistics services to FMC consistent with the mission, vision, and the strategic goals FMC. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensure that the procurement and logistics standards conform to the correct protocols and procedures, keep updated on the changing demands of the organization and ensure that information is relayed accurately to personnel in the department. 2. Appropriately allocate the budget to meet the supply needs of each department. 3. Participate in the relevant committees to determine the appropriate criteria for meeting the supply needs of various departments. 4. Collaborate with the related groups and committees to determine the consumption rate, optimum inventory levels, and storage conditions and related criteria for supply and personnel needs. 5. Comply with the established standards for purchasing (equipment, material criteria, supplier selection, delivery standards, purchasing approval limits, etc.) 6. Conduct research on both national and international suppliers based on supply needs. 7. Prepare the Procurement & Logistics budget and relay it to the concerned parties. 8. Conduct negotiations with suppliers in accordance with procurement procedures. 9. Acquire the necessary information about purchase orders and deposit protocols of storage facilities and create the appropriate logistics plan under these guidelines. 10. Acquire the necessary information about the delivery of orders, ensure that Purchasing is informed of any discrepancies and delays in the delivery of supplies, and monitor the problem to its resolution.
