URGENT HIRING! Aurora View is seeking a qualified Hydrogeologist to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital role in understanding and characterizing the subsurface environment for our projects. Responsibilities: Conduct hydrogeologic investigations to assess groundwater flow, quality, and availability. Analyze and interpret hydrogeologic data, including well logs, aquifer tests, and water quality data. Develop and utilize groundwater flow models to simulate subsurface conditions. Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate hydrogeologic findings to internal and external stakeholders. Assist with the design and implementation of groundwater monitoring programs. Stay up-to-date on current hydrogeologic practices and technologies. May participate in field activities, including drilling oversight, well installation, and sample collection. Qualifications: Master's degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, or a related field (or Bachelor's degree with substantial relevant experience). Minimum of 2 years of experience in hydrogeologic consulting or a similar field. Strong understanding of groundwater flow principles, contaminant transport, and aquifer characterization. Proficient in groundwater modeling software (e.g., MODFLOW, SEAMGEN). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in environmental remediation and water resource management. Experience with GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS).
