Location: Erbil, Iraq Company: Aurora View Company Aurora View Company is seeking a highly motivated Proposal Writer to join our growing team. We provide engineering, technical compliance, and proposal development services engineering and environmental consulting firms. This position is ideal for someone with excellent English writing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities *Prepare, write, edit, and format professional proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs). *Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to gather project information and develop compelling proposal content. *Review solicitation requirements and ensure proposals are fully compliant with client instructions. *Prepare resumes, project experience summaries, organizational charts, and other proposal documents. *Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and company qualifications. *Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure proposals are accurate, well-organized, and free of grammatical or formatting errors. *Manage multiple proposal deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables. *Research clients, competitors, and procurement opportunities to strengthen proposal strategies. *Support capability statements, presentations, marketing materials, and other business development initiatives. Qualifications *Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. *Excellent written and spoken English. *Strong technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills. *Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. *Ability to interpret and follow detailed solicitation requirements. *Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. *Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
