Position Summary We are seeking a qualified and experienced 3D Modeler to join our professional team in Sulaymaniyah. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating precise and visually compelling 3D models and renderings that support both architectural and interior design projects. Key Responsibilities Develop accurate and detailed 3D models in accordance with project requirements. Produce high-quality renderings, animations, and walkthrough presentations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure design concepts are accurately represented. Maintain consistency, precision, and efficiency in all 3D modeling and visualization tasks. Stay informed of the latest technologies, tools, and techniques in 3D visualization. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required). Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in 3D modeling within architecture or design. Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max (mandatory). Strong knowledge of rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona. Familiarity with Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is considered an advantage. Strong visualization skills with creativity and attention to detail. Ability to perform under tight deadlines and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
