R.O.S Co. is seeking a freelance O&M Manual Engineer for a water treatment system project in Sulaymaniyah. Responsibilities include designing and formatting a complete O&M manual based on provided technical documentation. Must have a background in water treatment systems (RO/EDI).

--- We are seeking a freelance O&M Manual Engineer to support a water treatment system Project in Sulaymaniyah The scope of work includes the preparation and professional design of a complete Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manual, covering: * Operation procedures * Maintenance procedures * Troubleshooting guidelines * Safety and HSE requirements The manual shall be developed based on: * Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) * Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) * Control philosophy and operational logic * datasheets and technical documentation - The candidate must have the ability to design and professionally format technical manuals, using relevant software/tools (such as MS Word advanced styles, PDF tools, AutoCAD figures, or similar applications) to produce a clear, well-structured, and high-quality O&M manual. - A General background in water treatment systems (RO/EDI) is mandatory. - Ability to translate engineering information into clear, structured, and user-friendly manuals. Please note that this opportunity is project-based and limited to this specific assignment. The work will be based in Sulaymaniyah.
