Job Vacancy: HR Officer & Logistics Officer Smithson Company is currently hiring for two positions: HR Officer and Logistics Officer to join our team in Erbil, Kurdistan, Iraq. These are full-time positions. HR Officer Responsibilities: Manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. Ensure compliance with HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English languages. Logistics Officer Responsibilities: Manage logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation coordination, supplier management, and efficient supply chain processes. Strong knowledge of logistics principles, transportation regulations, and inventory management. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English languages. Requirements for both positions: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
