A Training Specialist – Product is responsible for delivering technical and non-technical training, assessing needs, developing and evaluating training sessions, and supporting departmental skill development.

Position: Training Specialist – Product Company: GAC Iraq Location: Erbil About the Role: The Training Specialist – Product is responsible for enhancing employees’ product knowledge and overall performance by delivering structured training programs that cover both technical and non-technical skills. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver product-focused training sessions • Assess training needs and prepare practical materials • Conduct hands on product training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations • Evaluate training effectiveness and track outcomes • Support teams with technical product knowledge • Maintain training documentation and reports • Collaborate with departments to close skill gaps Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering • Experience in product or technical training • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Fluency in Arabic, Kurdish, and English • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively 📧 To apply, please send your CV to: [email protected] #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
