𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: • Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment. • Report malfunctioning equipment to supervisors for scheduling repairs. • Notify others of equipment repair or maintenance needs. 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: • Plan the movement of products through lines to processing, storage, and shipping units. • Utilize knowledge of system interconnections and capacities. 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Cover outside tasks for all Tank Farm areas in the OSBL Unit. • Signal other workers by radio, operate pumps, open/close valves, and check temperatures. • Start pumps, switch tanks, and operate valves or automated equipment to regulate oil flow. • Adjust equipment controls to regulate the flow of refinery products. • Control or operate manifold and pumping systems to circulate liquids through the refinery. • Verify proper movement of incoming and outgoing products through correct meters. • Read automatic gauges to determine flow rates and oil levels in tanks. • Analyze specifications, schedules, logs, and test results to set equipment controls for desired product qualities and quantities. • Familiarize with unit technology descriptions and handle technical assets. • Maintain a clean workplace and follow orders from line managers, directors, or senior management. • Undertake similar or related work as directed by senior management.
