We're Hiring | Technical Manager As we are expanding, Nissan Al-Sour is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee dealership technical and workshop operations across all branches. The role ensures high-quality repairs, efficient workflow, compliance with OEM standards, and excellent customer satisfaction while providing strong technical leadership and support. Responsibilities and Duties 1- Manage daily technical and workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality 2- Lead and support technicians and service teams with advanced diagnostics 3- Ensure compliance with OEM, warranty, and safety standards 4- Coordinate with OEM/NMEF for technical support, validation, and DTR submissions 5- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated technical issues 6- Oversee technical reporting, warranty claims, and workshop performance Required Qualification 1- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering 2- Minimum 5 years of workshop or technical management experience 3- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and OEM repair standards 4- Experience with DMS systems, Microsoft Office, and OEM communication 5- OEM technical certifications are an advantage Location: Erbil, Iraq Apply: Send your CV to [email protected] Subject: Technical Manager #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
