هەلی کار لە سلێمانی Marketing Agent (Outdoor) Location: Highcrest Hotel_Sulaimanyah   Job Description   SUMMARY   The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside Sales Representative, or Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition.   ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP ·  Reports to general manager. ·  Reports to Sale & Marketing Manager   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Ensure that Highcrest Hotel policies and procedures are implemented for the following: Employee Duties & Responsibilities: ·  Be knowledgeable about our Services (Rooms and Events) ·   Responsible for advertising/ public relations of the services provided.   ·Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion Promote and share our services of Solution-Oriented. ·  Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs ·  Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements ·  Collaborate with colleges in many different sectors such as ·Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships · Responsible for performing follow up with all unconverted potential clients in prospective status, and documenting accordingly. Requirements: · Bachelor Degree in sale & Marketing or related field in Business Administration. · Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends. ·  Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn. ·   Fluency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic (speak, read, write); · Minimum 3 to 5 year of experience in Sale & Marketing Field. · Strong communication skills. ·  Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic. ·Ability to multi-task. Must be able to prioritize duties on a daily basis in response to rapidly changing needs. ·  Ability to work flexible hours as required. ·   Excellent organizational skills. ·    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Demonstrates ability to utilize computer for window-based programs, telephones, and other common office devices.
