Oversee regional automotive parts inventory, develop sales strategies, support dealerships, and ensure compliance with Toyota standards while managing a team and coordinating supply chain activities.
Cihan Auto-Trading Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy: Position: Regional Parts Manager Hours: 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu) Location: Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region Key Responsibilities Oversee regional inventory of automotive parts, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing obsolete items. • Coordinate with central supply chain to forecast demand and manage replenishment cycles. • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase parts revenue. • Support dealerships and authorized service centers with promotions, training, and technical guidance. • Monitor dealer performance and provide coaching to improve parts sales and customer service. • Ensure timely delivery of parts to dealers and customers. • Resolve escalated issues related to parts availability, pricing, or quality. • Prepare regional sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. • Track KPIs such as fill rate, order accuracy, and sales growth. • Lead and motivate regional parts staff, fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus. • Provide training on new product launches, systems, and best practices. • Ensure adherence to TOYOTA standards and company policies. • Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in parts handling and distribution. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. • 5–8 years of experience in automotive parts management, preferably with OEMs or large dealerships. • Strong knowledge of automotive parts cataloging, inventory systems, and distribution networks. • Proven track record in sales growth and dealer relationship management. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Fluency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic (spoken and written).
