کۆمپانیایی ئۆنکا سەن لەشاری سلێمانی پێویستی بە کارمەندی ژمێریارە Role Description Position Title: Finance Officer Location: Unka Sun co. - Kurdistan Region, Sulaymaniyah - Arbat industrial area Reports to: Finance manager Working Schedule: 6 Days a week / 8 hours a day. About UNKA SUN: Unka Sun is a golabl bitumen company active in Iraq - Kurdistan region. It is one of the market leaders in supplying a broad range of high quality bitumen products. Position purpose: The purpose of finance officer position is a day-to-day implementation and delegation area of responsibilities. The Finance officer is tasked with developing budgets, monitoring transactions, and preparing financial reports Responsibilities: 1. Processing bank, cash and Hawalla payments for purchases, issuing and clearing advances. 2. Preparing and scrutinizing supporting documents for payments 3. Planning budgets, participating in audits, monitoring transactions, and preparing invoices 4. Scanning of vouchers to upload into electronic finance system on daily basis 5. Process all accounting entries in respect of commercial Income contributing to process efficiency efforts and interfacing effectively with other teams as required. 6. Should report to finance manager concerning the finances of company 7. Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance 2. Minimum of 3+ years experience 3. Strong communication, team work and desicion making skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details. 4. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. 5. Must speak Kurdish, English and Arabic fluently in all sorts of communication (i.e. listening, speaking, reading, and writing). 6. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) . 7.
