VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT JOB TITLE: Chief Operating Officer Technical Assistant/ Assisting Director of Operations Location: Sulaymaniyah Job Purpose: Provide Administrative and Technical support to the office of the COO, assist with budget and project management, and coordinate internal and external communications. Provide consultation and facilitate interdepartmental coordination. Job Description and Key Area of Accountabilities: - Work closely and effectively with COO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Representing the COO to others. - Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on issues and concerns, as assigned by COO, assisting in determination of appropriate action, referral, or response. - Receive messages, route correspondences and handle requests and queries appropriately. - Maintain basic knowledge of day-to-day processes of departments under the COO, to assist in resourcing as needed. - Provide assist and technical advice to Operating technical departments. - Participate in setting up and developing short- and long-term plan based on IQ vison and mandate. - Source technical documents, information and drawings. - Information preparation duties which include writing letters and memos, compiling data for reports, creating computerized presentations, writing reports and other. - Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills: - Minimum of a B.Sc./ M.S. in Engineering in Electrical, Civil or IT Engineering or other equivalate degree. - Have a technical/business analyst background. - At least 5 years working experience in a similar position. - Highly motivated person with outstanding academic credentials. - Administrative Support Experience - Excellent English written and oral communication skills - Strong data collection and excellent analytical skill. - Willingness to travel occasionally and work late hours and under pressure. - Experience in Schedule management and planning. - Excellent computer and Microsoft Office suite skill. - Highly discrete and confidential. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Exceptional time management and Organizational skill Deadline for application is November 28, 2021 applicants are to submit their CVs with a cover letter to [email protected] Note: - Please mention the Job Title in the Subject line of your email. - Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interview. #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
