Job Vacancy We are looking for a qualified team supervisor to join our team in Sulaymaniyah. Job Title: Technical team Supervisor Reporting to: Deputy CEO Location: Sulaymaniyah Time: Saturday to Thursday (7:30 am – 4:30 pm) Duties: -managing the team on daily basis (especially in terms of working hours and appereance). -delegating tasks based on each member’s strengths and skills. -visiting work spots on daily basis and tracking the team’s progress. -Providing training and coaching when necessary. -Monitoring team performance and preparing daily reports. -Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. - creating a positive environment and encourage creativity. -Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments. -Suggest and organize team building activities. -ensure overall client satisfaction. Qualifications: -knowledge about technology and CCTV systems. -Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor. -Excellent communication and leadership skills. -Organizational and time-management skills. -Decision-making skills. -Degree in technical fields or management is a plus. - age should be 25 or above. - applicant must be Sulaymaniyah Resident.
