Location:sulaimany / bakhtiary , Visiting remote location for sales purposes Position type: full time Position Overview: As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the digital printing, graphic design, and stationery services and products segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the printing and design industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and potential challenges. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and participation in industry events. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in digital printing, graphic design, and stationery services. Possess in-depth knowledge of our products and services, effectively communicating their features and benefits to clients. Customization and Consultative Selling: Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide customized solutions. Employ a consultative selling approach, positioning our products and services as essential solutions to meet clients' business objectives. Quoting and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes based on client needs. Develop comprehensive proposals, clearly articulating the value proposition of our services. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our capabilities and address client needs. Utilize visual aids and other materials to effectively communicate the value of our offerings. Collaboration with Design and Production Teams: Collaborate closely with the graphic design and production teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Provide feedback and insights to enhance product/service offerings. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management. Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and refine sales strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the digital printing, graphic design, or stationery industry. Strong understanding of printing technologies, graphic design principles, and stationery products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
